Custom orders - once your order has been confirmed it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Linen Etc reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any or no reason.

Linen Etc accepts no responsibility for incorrect measurements or colours supplied by the customer.

Colours may vary from batch or dyelot of fabric.

Linen Etc has an acceptable measurement variance of +/-3% on sizes supplied by the client.

If a wrong item has been mistakenly shipped to you, please notify Linen Etc as soon as possible no later than 3 days after receipt of goods.
